Okay...so I caught a little "flack" last week for my degree of difficulty and complicated ingredients in my ~Tasty Tuesday~ recipe so this week we are going super easy & super yummy!
Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Boneless Pork Roast
Salt, Pepper & Garlic to season
1 Bottle of a Spicy BBQ Sauce
1 Can of Jellied Cranberries
Combine all in crock pot and cook for 8-10 hours. Shred before serving.
Now if you are eating Pulled Pork in the Ferguson household we will be stacking our sandos with provolone cheese, pepperoncinis and some red onion on a hoagie or kaiser roll. There is no right or wrong way here...it is all yummy and you can make it work for your family or gathering. And speaking of gatherings...we need to plug football (it is in the title of my blog). This recipe is perfect for tailgating or for feeding a ton of people around the tv watching the HOGS!
